Serial plaintiffs with the help of their greedy attorney are suing 7-Eleven stores and other small businesses for alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). They demand $4000 per violation, These plaintiffs have sued the same business for 30 times to gain $4000 X 30 = $120,000 from one business.
So if you think that if you settle the case these greedy guys will go away, think twice.
